A self-reflective exercise that helps clients discover their unique leadership style and potential. She specializes in organizational, leadership, team and employee development, and strategic planning and change management. Her facilitation skills are highly regarded, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project she undertakes.
With over 20 years of experience as a senior advisor to City Councils and senior leaders in municipal government, Lani has led high-profile initiatives and delivered large organizational transformation programs. She has developed and co-delivers a national award-winning high-potential leadership development program with Royal Roads University.
Driven by her belief in people, and a passion to empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential, her unwavering dedication to helping others grow is a cornerstone of her work.
Lani integrates Insights Discovery and Systems Thinking, to enhance personal and business performance, and to transform how people work together at the individual, team, and organizational levels. She works with a wide range of clients including government, private business, and not-for-profit organizations. Her style is described as “inspiring”, “engaging” and “highly effective”.
Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, she holds a Master’s Degree from the University of British Columbia, a Mastery Level Certificate from the Centre for Strategic Management, and is a Licensed Practitioner for Insights Discovery. She is also a principal consultant with Peoplefirst, (Peoplefirst.ca) a Canadian consulting firm dedicated to people and organizational development using Insights Discovery.
